In live betting, odds change continuously. d77 uses the best available technology to deliver the most accurate live data, but minor delays in updates may occasionally occur due to technical latency. In such situations, d77's decision is final.

If a match or event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, d77 will settle bets in accordance with standard industry practice. Typically, the original stake is returned in such cases.

Deposits and withdrawals on d77 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200, and the maximum depends on the limits of each individual payment method.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Once verified, withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours, though in exceptional circumstances processing may take longer.

D77 only processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit. For example, if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal will also be sent to Mobile Pay. This is a mandatory policy to prevent money laundering.

D77 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time. If bonus abuse is detected — such as using the same bonus across multiple accounts — all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

D77 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

• Participating in match-fixing or any other illegal activity
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus hunting
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Using d77 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to d77's systems
• Stealing or fraudulently accessing another user's account credentials
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs for unfair advantage
• Using d77's brand name or logo without authorization

D77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms & Conditions. Users are generally notified of the reason before an account is closed; however, in urgent circumstances, action may be taken without prior notice.

Users may close their account at any time. If the account has a valid balance and KYC has been completed, that balance will be refunded through the designated withdrawal method.

If an account is terminated due to fraud or prohibited activity, all balances and accumulated winnings in that account will be forfeited.

D77's platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. While d77 always strives to maintain the highest quality of service, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, third-party service failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

D77 is not liable for any losses arising from betting or gaming. Betting carries inherent financial risk, and losses are always possible. d77 does not guarantee any winnings from betting.

D77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, d77 will endeavour to notify users via email or in-platform notifications.
